 13th Hole Par 4 at Worthington Manor Registration for the 2003 OSIAW is now open. Click on the button below to register via secure encrypted server: T's & C's & FAQ's:Event Cost: $100 When: October 13, 2003 (Columbus Day) How Do I Donate? You don't have to play to benefit ALS!!! Just follow this link and let us know if you plan on attending. Donate $50 or more, and we'll even arrange for you to get a golf cart to cheer or jeer others! Where: Worthington Manor Golf Club What: The 7th annual OSIAW How: Payment must be by credit card via the web. If for some reason you need to pay cash or check, you need to contact us ASAP for pairings, and we require payment at least 5 days in advance. (Just use a credit card!) Why: It's your chance to take a break off from the busy season, it's fun, and you can give back a little. All monies net of expenses will be donated to charity. There are no expenses in coordination of this event, so we expect about 30-45% will go to charity. Tax Deduction: As if it really mattered (come on, it's fun AND for ALS) this year we will be able to offer tax receipts from individual participants of the ALS Association. Who: The charity chosen for this year is ALS Association. Since we need to make a commitment to the golf facility, we will not be able to offer a refund after 9/1. This event is not sponsored by any organization.
